Analog Guard® — Physical-Layer Encryption from Signal Advance
Effective January 1, 2026, Signal Advance transferred its Analog Guard® encryption technology and related patents into Analog Guard, Inc., a newly formed, wholly-owned subsidiary. Analog Guard is a hardware-rooted encryption platform that protects data at the physical signal layer rather than in software — a fundamentally different approach designed to resist the remote-hacking techniques that defeat conventional digital encryption. The portfolio includes three issued U.S. patents, a fourth allowed application, and international filings in China, Germany, and India.

“It is my belief that Signal Advance® technology will likely be seen as a disruptive technology that forces rapid change in the field of biomedical instrumentation with early adopters of this technology gaining a significant commercial advantage over later adopters in the same field.”
“Including the projected, risk-adjusted licensing royalties, we project A NET PRESENT VALUE OF UP TO ~$10.4 MILLION. This valuation will increase rapidly as the technology is proven and then successfully applied to products in this very large market.”
(Valuation was based on only two medical applications)
